The staff was exceptional! I had so many annoying questions and things happen during my stay & the staff helped me no matter what. I haven't this great of customer service at a hotel in a long time. Staff was 10/10 and the room was very much worth the price. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Staff was great! The shuttle took a while to get us from the airport, but it worked out great! The room was very clean. The living room area smelled like cigarettes a bit but the bedroom didn’t and it was separated with a door. The linens were very very clean and pressed and that’s what I mostly like about it. And the bathroom even though a bit worn out, was squeaky clean all the corners and all! Breakfast was very good with fruits and bagels and waffles. Juices and coffee. A great last minute find for our budget.

Its clean and very accommodating.Good Staff especially the receptionist his name is Kelvin. He is very friendly and nice to talk to, He welcomed us with a very good smile and made us feel that we are welcome. He answered our questions very politely, He got the good standard to manage the business. He gave us assurance for our safety. Thank you kelvin! We’ll definitely go back there again. 😊

This was my 2nd time staying here, this time on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable with plenty pillows & blanket. Room has a refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig, and love seat. TV is updated with cable channels. Breakfast available from 6:30-9:30am.

Location great for LAX. Rooms really big - not the most modern, but clean and bed very comfortable. DIY breakfast was good , and staff helpful. Only drawback is that the courtesy transfer from LAX only operates if you call the hotel and request a pick up. We waited almost 2 hours before we realised this, and had to borrow a phone - our uk phone inoperable.

The staff was very nice and helpful. All facilities were clean. My group appreciated the designated smoking area. Heated pool would of been nice, but not that important. Breakfast was decent and plentiful.

This is the BEST Quality Inn I have ever stayed in! The people were wonderful and the beds have been the most comfortable I have slept in ever. This place is the best and I will definitely come here again!

The location was good. It's a close ride to the Sofi, if you walk it's about 40m. Has some food spots near by. Breakfast was good.
